Go cold turkey and reward her for it.. be patient! We were very worried bout the pacifier habit but it went off with some perseverance (bear with her cries and disappoinment). When we think back now, it wasn't that difficult. Anyway, our kids are not meant to be our KPIs so don't compare them with other kids and get ourselves worried.
